Stack Overflow Developer Stories Is a Resume for Developers
If you are a programmer, coder, engineer, or developer, you know that it is not always easy to organize your resume. Stack Overflow is introducing a new tool called Developer Stories that it hopes will help make your resume easier to read.
Developer Stories differ from a traditional resume by providing two main views: a regular resume and a timeline. The timeline places more emphasis on achievements, skills, languages learned, and projects you have contributed to. Of course, this is Stack Overflow, so you can highlight any questions you answered on the site as well. It’s all multimedia compatible too, so the videos are inserted right into the resume and the images look good too. You can see a sample on the Stack Overflow blog . In general, it should be a little easier to imagine what you did, what you did, and why it is important to start with. You can check out the developer’s story right now on the Stack Overflow site.
