Build Your Endurance Anywhere With These Cycling, Running & Stair Climbing Workouts

You don’t need a gym or even a treadmill to develop cardio fitness. Several flights of stairs can help if you have a good plan for the job. These Fallout Fitness routines are for everyone.

For example, in the first week of climbing stairs, you will run up the stairs for 60 seconds and then recover with two minutes of walking up the stairs at an easier pace. By the end of the eight-week program, you will be running for 90 seconds and resting for just one minute.

For a well-balanced endurance program, combine these ladder workouts with other Fallout Fitness endurance programs, either sprint cycling or running workouts, or a steady brisk walk and slow jogging program.

Whether you’re running from zombies or just strengthening your heart and lungs for better health, check out all of their cardio endurance programs at the link below.
