Will It Be Sous Vide? Let’s Pick a Different Theme!

Welcome back, everyone, for the next session on topic selection for Will it Sous Vide? where you can have a little control over me and my exact Anova cooker.

Last week we settled on that sweet seasonal dessert, pumpkin pie, and did a little booze experiment that you can read about here . It was awesome, but it’s time to move on, which means you have to vote on the new topic. Some ideas:

  • Beef Tongue: This is the last time I will talk about it.
  • Chile: Someone wrote to me about this idea and I think it’s a good idea.
  • Reheating various leftovers: The pizza is likely to be soggy, but pasta, steak, and other takeaways may work.

As always, feel free to suggest any old topic that comes to your mind. It just has to be food. ( People keep offering phones , and I just don’t have the budget.)
