Use Bed Reminders in IOS 10 to Change Your Sleep Habits

iOS 10 is packed with features , but one of the overlooked heroes is the new bedtime reminders. How-To Geek guides you through customization and getting the most out of it.

To access your bedtime alarm, simply go to Clock, then tap the Bedtime tab. Here you will be guided by how to choose a bedtime, specify what time you want to wake up, and then choose which days you want the alarm to go off. Wake up tones are especially good as they slowly increase in volume rather than going full blast like a regular alarm. You can then manually track your sleep habits by knowing what time you go to bed and when you wake up each night.
