Changing time zones is no joke, but you don’t have to put up with suffering. Along with extra sun at just the right time, preparation before your trip, and a good cup of tea, here are some ways to counteract jet lag effects, whether you’re flying east ( when things get worse ). or west.

For example, the use of light glasses with a timer is new to us. Likewise, some other tips make sense, such as a vigorous tea with a little caffeine in the early hours or relaxing herbs at night to promote a good rest. Of course, the last tip on the schedule and in the video is also good – if you’re only going to be there for a few days and you have a flexible enough schedule, don’t do anything at all and stick to your normal routine – you’ll be heading home soon anyway.
