All Apps Are Updated With Siri Integration for IOS 10 (so Far)
iOS 10 is finally bringing Siri to some third-party apps. While this does not include mapping or music applications, which would probably be most useful, it does include many other types of applications, including messaging applications. Here’s what’s working so far.
As you’d expect, apps are constantly receiving updates, but some of them already worked with Siri integration. This means you can use Siri to access data in the app, or create a new action in the app, such as asking Siri to call the car for you using Lyft.
Here’s a list of what we’ve seen so far:
- Explosion baseball 360
- Cisco Spark
- Discover mobile
- Essentials MobileConnect
- My Run Map
- Square cash
- Vogue catwalk
- The call
Other applications will undoubtedly appear. After downloading the app, you need to give Siri access to it as they are not linked by default:
- Go to Settings> Siri> App Support.
- Flip the switch for any apps you want Siri to access.
This allows you to use Siri to access whatever you want in these third-party apps.
