Create a USB Hub for Raspberry Pi Zero

The Raspberry Pi Zero is great, but it lacks USB ports. Instructables user Sean Hodgins shares his project that adds four USB ports to the Pi Zero using a cleverly designed little board.

The project uses several components, including several USB ports, LEDs, resistors, and a custom PCB. When you have everything, you need to solder everything together and reflow the board. If it’s too complicated, you can order it for $ 20 . The added USB ports amplify the Pi Zero, so it’s not much smaller than the stock Raspberry Pi 3, but it’s a nice enough design that can be useful for certain projects. Head over to Instructables for a complete guide to making one for yourself.
