Transform a Rose Into a Refreshing Summer Frose Cocktail

Rosé is a great summer drink, but you know which is even better? A glass of ice refreshing “Frose”. Here’s how to do it.

In this video from the Cocktail Chemistry YouTube channel, you will learn about a clever method of turning crunchy sweet wine into something that chills you too. You will need rose wine, Saint Germain liquor , aperol , cointreau , lemon juice, berries, a plastic storage container, and a blender. Pour a whole bottle of your favorite rose wine into a plastic container, then add two ounces of lemon juice, two ounces of aperol, two ounces of Saint Germain, and two ounces of Cointreau. Cover the container with a lid, mix everything and place the container in the freezer overnight. When you’re ready to make your ice cream, add a few berries to a blender, then the frozen mixture in a container and some water. Mix it all up and it’s ready to serve.
