These No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecakes Are Delicious and Easy to Make.

You will need a microwave for this recipe, but only because you need to melt the chocolate for the bottom and top of the cheesecakes. Plus, it’s just a tart, sweet cheese filling, a chocolate base instead of a crust, and a little fridge time. Then a wonderful dessert awaits you with which to share.

To be honest, these are not “syrniki” in the sense that you might expect. There is no crust of Graham crackers here (although you can add a little to the chocolate at the bottom, or better yet, replace the “sprinkle” on top with small ground Graham crackers) and the cheesecake filling is tasty but probably not what you want. ” would expect from a traditional cheesecake. However, they are very easy to make and after you put everything together, it will take a little time to set up in the refrigerator. Here’s what you need:

  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp Sahara
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 400 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • Sprinkle for garnish

The video describes the steps to follow, but you will make the filling with cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice and zest. Pour it into a piping bag (or, if you’re a normal person, a zippered bag and you’ll cut the corner later) that you have in your cup and put it in the refrigerator to harden. Then melt the chocolate with a little vegetable oil until smooth in short portions in the microwave. Line a muffin tin with paper (or reusable) cups and add some chocolate to cover the bottom. Add as much filling as you like, then coat with more chocolate and refrigerate.

That’s it – a little sprinkling is added on top, but I think a crushed nuts or (as we mentioned) a Graham cracker would be better. Either way, this is a simple recipe and you can easily play around with it to your liking.
