Burritos Are Perfect Food

There are many exceptional, fantastic and delicious food in the world. Few are as perfect and versatile as the humble burrito.

At first glance, a burrito is nothing more than a mixture of regional ingredients stuffed inside a tortilla. However, like any good food, burritos are exceptional due to their regional and flavor profile. A burrito can be anything.

You have a traditional burrito, small and thin. It contains just a couple of ingredients, usually protein, with rice or beans. From there, you can add a little pepper, but it’s generally best not to overcomplicate.

Sushi burritos include classic sushi like tuna and cucumber wrapped in a flatbread. The classic burrito with beans and cheese is a favorite among fast food chains such as Taco Bell and Taco Time. You can order an enchilada style burrito to have it topped with an enchilada sauce. What’s more, you can order the burrito “wet” to be covered in red or green sauce. If you are in Colorado, you will also have the opportunity to taste the green chili sauce. While in Denver, you can also order a Mexican burger, which, despite its name, looks more like a burrito than a hamburger. Heck, the other day I had what was essentially a Bang Mi chicken burrito. It was strange, but wonderful.

Finally, we have a breakfast burrito that is both a great hangover cure and a great pre-workout lunch. You can stuff it with eggs, tofu, bacon, sausage, or potatoes, and while you hit your daily calorie limit on your first meal on the one hand, you’re ready to conquer the world too.

There are no restrictions here.

If you haven’t eaten a burrito lately, indulge yourself. Find a good one nearby , make one yourself, or just grab any random burrito from the frozen food section of Safeway. Even the worst burritos overshadow most other options.
