Give Your Homemade Croutons a Special Appeal With These Classic Pasta Ingredients

Cacio e pepe (meaning “cheese and pepper”) is a simple dish that adds pecorino romano, pepper and good olive oil to the pasta, but there is no reason why noodles should be all the pleasure. Treat croutons with these delicious ingredients for a richer salad with a more decadent flavor.

They also make a full cinch. Simply toss some stale, diced bread in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat and toast until golden brown. Remove from heat and stir in the mixture of grated pecorino romano and freshly ground pepper. Add them to salad, soup, or simply eat them as a snack.
