Fruit juice is a great cocktail mixer, but the pulp and other impurities won’t make your drinks too appealing. A little bit of pectinase will give your juice an amazing look without sacrificing flavor.

Just pour about 10 drops into a large bottle of orange, apple or even lemonade juice and it’s crystal clear in no time. Pour the juice through a very fine filter (like a coffee filter) and you’re ready to make great cocktails.
