DMV Genie Prepares You for Your State Driving Test
Android: Before you can get a student’s permit or driver’s license, you must pass a written exam. This is usually easy, but DMV Genie will guide you through the quiz and help you prepare for that test. Also, it can help regardless of your condition and if you are looking to get a CDL or motorcycle license.
The video above tells a story, but you start by choosing the state and the type of license you are trying to get. From there, you can try simple, intermediate, or more difficult practice exams and quizzes to test your knowledge of driving laws and regulations in your state. When you’re ready, you can actually try out some of the state’s practice tests, which is even more helpful if you’re preparing for the test. As you take the quizzes and tests, you can click on the prompts and see tooltips explaining why the rules are the way they are, or at least explain why the law says what it does.
When you are done, you will receive a summary of the answers that will include the correct and incorrect questions, additional information for each, and your overall score. However, it should be borne in mind that an exam is not the same as flipping through a state directory, so do not assume that there are full explanations of answers or descriptions of what exactly will be on your exam – this is not a replacement for your state directory, this is an appendix to study.
