Paribus, an App That Automatically Compensates for Price Drops, Is Available for IPhone and Android
iOS / Android: Paribus is an online tool that tracks your purchases looking for price reductions and automatically refunds you the difference. It’s free, works well, and is now available as an iPhone and Android app. And the company recently updated the iOS app with some cool features.
We’ve told you how Paribus works , but the bottom line is this: some stores offer refunds for price reductions. You link your email or Amazon account to Paribus and it looks for drops from participating sellers . If they find a drop, they will ask the seller for a refund on your behalf. They authenticate directly with vendors via email, so you never provide your password, and they also use bank-level encryption to protect data sent like your purchases. If you already have a Paribus account, you simply log into the app through your email provider and access your dashboard. Better yet, the app shows statistics on your purchases. You will see how many purchases were registered and how many of them were made at the lowest price.

Founder Eric Gleeman says that work is underway to update the Android version, but in the meantime, you can always use the version of the web app to access your dashboard and other analytics.
