Noted.fm Lets You Subscribe to Over 100 Music Blogs to Find and Share Great New Tunes

Internet / Android / iOS: Noted.fm ( formerly called Nusiki ) is already a great way to find new music, but now you can follow tons of music blogs, from popular to niche, to find out even more. One click and you can enjoy hot tracks from Pitchfork, Fuzzy Logic and more, adapted to the music you like.

I said before that this service is somewhat similar to Twitter, for music only, and this is still true. You can follow individual users to see the tunes they post and share with the world (psst – you can follow me here ), but if you’re looking for a carefully curated selection of music, or even the newest tunes available, music blogs are what you need. v. Noted.fm organizes blog choices based on the music you post and likes on other users’ profiles, and tries to tailor its suggestions to your music preferences.

The first time you log into Noted.fm, you will be taken to a new Blogs tab, but if not, just click Explore in the left sidebar and you will see them there. You can click “Learn More” to view a wider selection. If you know a great music blog that isn’t listed, you can give the service a URL and they’ll try to add them. By subscribing to a music blog, you can stream their music on your phone or computer with other Noted.fm users you subscribe to. If you want to visit the blog directly, you can do that too. Click the link below to try it out, or download the Android app here, or the iOS app here .
