Must See These 2016 Sky Watching Events

Our universe is constantly doing amazing things. It is worth looking up when we are lucky enough to catch a glimpse of it. Here are twelve sky-watching events to add to your calendar this year.

Space.com illustrates the events in the infographic below. While some of them have already passed, we can still expect some of them before the end of the year.

For example, from May 18 to June 3, you will be able to see Mars in bright light. Later this year, we’ll have a couple of meteor showers, a supermoon, and simultaneous views of Venus and Jupiter. Check it out below and then follow the link for more details.
