Change the Font Size in Finder OS X for Better Readability

Depending on the size of your Mac’s screen, the font in Finder windows can be very small and difficult to read. If you want to improve this font, OS X Daily will show you how.

The default font size will probably fit most people, but certainly not universal. Here’s how to change it:

  1. Go to a Finder window.
  2. Click View> Show View Options.
  3. Change the Text Size dropdown to whatever you want. Then click Use as Default if you want to use this in every Finder window.

It’s a small thing, of course, but it’s useful if you’re tired of squinting at the Finder.
