You Can Get Credit From Comcast for Monday’s Outage

Comcast regrets the service outage earlier this week and wants to compensate you with a loan to your monthly account.

In a press release on its corporate website, Comcast explained:

This problem started around 10:20 am ET and lasted for about 90 minutes for most people. We also had a lot of calls during this time and we apologize to customers who were unable to reach us by phone.

Unfortunately, we did not live up to expectations regarding 100% reliability of your TV services. We apologize for this and we will lend to clients. Just contact us and let us know that you were hurt and we will pay tribute to you without asking questions.

However, don’t worry too much. One CNN spokeswoman said she estimated the loan amount to be about $ 2. The actual amount will vary depending on how long your own service has been down. However, it might be worth calling and trying to discuss additional questions or ask for a lower price on your invoice. Anyway, find out more at the link below.
