Make a Cheesecake Soufflé With Just Three Ingredients

Also known as Japanese cotton cheesecake, this cheesecake soufflé is beautiful, fluffy, and requires just a few ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen.
YouTuber Ochikeron posted a video tutorial above. You will need 3 eggs, 4.3 ounces of white chocolate, and 4.3 ounces of softened cream cheese. These steps involve melting the chocolate, whipping the egg whites into the meringue, and combining all the ingredients. Then bake it in the oven for 15 minutes at 338F, reduce heat to 320F for 15 minutes, and bake for another 15 minutes using residual heat.
Unlike classic cheesecakes, you don’t have to wait for hours for the cake to cool in the fridge (unless you want to). Chop it up and eat it right away.
