Slouchy Roll Sleeves and Elastic Drawstring

Sometimes you need to pull up the long sleeves of the sweater, but it usually doesn’t take long for them to slouch and fall off again. There is a simple solution, however, and all it takes is a pair of hair bands.

This trick is featured in Refinery 29’s Split Second Stylist series. Editor Connie Wang shows you how to hold long sleeves in place with a hair tie. Simply pull up the drawstring where you want the sleeves to stay and then cover it with a part of the sleeve.

It goes without saying that you do not want to use a tape that is too tight; find one that fits comfortably but keeps the sleeves closed. Wang shows you how to do this in the video at the link below.
