Corner College Workspace

It might sound overwhelming at first, given the sheer amount of equipment in the frame, but Adam is in college and this is his room. Use vertical space wisely and you have a corner perfect for work and play.

There are three computers in the frame, technically four if you count the Raspberry Pi, which is on the left and supports the Justice League. He explains that there are Dell XPS 8300, Dell XPS M1330, 20-inch Apple iMac (early 2009) and Raspberry Pi 2, each with their own workspaces. He doesn’t elaborate, but we think the Pi is the media center as it sits next to the receiver, the M1330 is a laptop so it’s probably connected to the big screen at the top, the 8300 powers the two displays, and the iMac is on the right.

It doesn’t explain exactly what all the systems do, so we’ll leave that to your imagination, but it’s certainly an inspiring workspace. If you go through a photo and pick some of the more interesting components in his setup (like the PlayStation 3 or Yamaha receiver), Adam does offer a complete rundown of all the elements in the photo. at the link below.

If you have your own workspace to show off, share it with us by adding it to our Lifehacker Workspace Show and Tell Flickr pool . Make sure all photos you add are at least 1280×720 in size. Maintaining their 16: 9 aspect ratio also helps! Include a little text about what you used, how you came up with the design, and any other important details. If your smart organization and good design flair are striking, you could be the next workplace ambassador!
