Turn Leftover Beer (or Any Beer) Into a Delicious Toffee Sauce

I know you guys would never have been drinking “leftover beer”, but tell me you have a guest who just can’t finish the big bottle from which they started pouring. Of course, you can drink it, or you can make a decadent toffee sauce from a cup.
