Freeze Individual Soup Portions in a Muffin Tin

It’s the same concept of freezing batches of broth , only you save leftover soup that can be easily taken to work or reheated in the morning for your child’s lunch. You can even customize each serving to your liking.

Once frozen, you can remove them from the jar by placing the baking sheet in the sink about an inch full of hot water. They should slip out if gently coaxed with a knife. They can be stored in a plastic bag in the freezer.
