Start Managing Your Money in Just One Minute Every Day

Money management can be intimidating, but the first step to overcoming your financial anxiety is coming to terms with your own financial picture . If you don’t know where to start, spend at least one minute every day looking at your finances.

Take one minute each day – ideally at the same time – to check your finances. The best way to do this is by using an account aggregation app that combines your credit card and bank accounts and allows you to view all of your recent transactions. (You can also use this to spot incorrect payments; I’ve found restaurants changing my tip or double invoicing me.)
