This custom assembly by Jason Sutera uses LinkIt ONE , an ultrasonic unit of measurement range (HC-SR04), some LEDs and a number of other electronic components, which warn you of the movement no matter where you are. When the device detects movement, an SMS text is sent to your phone with the time and GPS location. That way, if you had multiple alarms, you would know which one went off. Suter suggests you use this setting as an alarm when camping, or as a mobile alarm when you are working on something outdoors or in tight spaces, or even as a wildlife alarm for capturing nocturnal or elusive creatures. … Some basic soldering skills are required, but Suter provides a schematic so you know which parts are going where.
