AutoMate Leaves Beta and Brings Android Auto-Style Toolbar to Your Phone
Android: Car dashboard apps are easy to find but difficult to succeed. AutoMate does this with an easy-to-use dashboard with user-friendly features that help make driving easier.
We reviewed AutoMate back when it was in beta , but now the full version of the app has been released in the Play Store for everyone. It is now much more powerful. You can use the app to search for nearby gas stations or shops, manage your music, read and reply to incoming messages, and even see your upcoming events on the calendar. Some AutoMate features require you to launch an external application to complete a task (for example, open Google Maps for step-by-step directions), but you can quickly return to AutoMate from the notification shade.
