These Bodyweight Exercises Will Help You Get in Shape and Only Require a Door

While you can do push-ups and squats anytime, anywhere, other bodyweight exercises, such as pull-ups and deadlifts, depend on having something stable enough to hold onto. To do this, go to the playground, or even better: just open the door so that you don’t even have to leave the house.
