Relevance Reorganizes Tabs Based on What Was Read

Chrome: Have too many tabs open and not sure where to start? Relevance is a free Chrome extension that reorders your tabs based on what you read and which domains you visit the most.

Relevance keeps track of the pages you actually read and stores all of that data locally without sending it to a remote server. Once it understands your reading patterns, you can activate it to change the current tab order so that the sites you are most interested in are at the beginning and the ones you haven’t read at all at the end.

This is an easy way to deal with tab overload, especially if you are short on time and have a lot of links open.
