This Guide to Different Stretching Exercises Can Help You Fix Posture Problems

Posture isn’t just about how you look, it affects your brain . Too many of us suffer from posture problems, so here’s a guide to help you determine what your problem is and what you can do about it.

The guide was created by a Reddit user who came across an article on BodyBuilding that talked about adjusting the alignment of your body. This free downloadable graphic chart shows what your posture might be. Once you’ve figured it out, look at information about which muscles are tight or not active enough, what workouts you can do to fix it, and what stretches you should be doing.

The second sheet of the table explains each of the image areas mentioned so you don’t have to search for them. The images don’t load for the first few cuts, so you can Google them, but the descriptions are pretty easy to understand.
