In an AMA on Reddit, Crews explained why he does his best to get to the gym no matter what, even if he’s not going to exercise:

It should be good. I often tell people: go to the gym, I just sit there, read a magazine, and then I go home. And do it every day. Go to the gym, don’t even work out. Just go. Because the habit of going to the gym is more important than training. Because it doesn’t matter what you do. You can have fun, but as long as you are having fun, you keep doing it.
