Cleaning up Your Makeup Is Easier With Butcher Paper
Many restaurants use a layer of meat paper on your table to make cleaning easier (and for the kids to scribble something). You can use the same idea to clean up dirty food – or dirty eaters – in your own home.
Buy a roll of meat paper online (like Amazon ) or at your local office supply store. Make sure to cut the paper about half a foot longer than the table so you can glue the edges underneath and hold it in place while you eat. If your roll is not wide enough to cover the entire table, overlap two pieces so you have enough tape to cover under the edges of the table (also tape the overlap area).
When you’re ready to clean, simply pull the paper and collect it towards the center of the table to collect the debris inside. You can throw away the entire pack and you’re done. If you have a kid’s table to set, or planning a messy meal like boiling crab or seafood, this is a quick way to clean up the mess.
