Roll Chocolate Brownies in Cocoa Powder Instead of Flour for a More Chocolatey Taste

Anyone who has ever rolled out cookie dough or pie crust knows that a light dusting of flour prevents the surface from sticking, but did you know that cocoa powder can be used for the same purpose?

According to Food 52, you can make your chocolate chip cookies and crusts even more delicious by rolling them out on a surface sprinkled with cocoa powder rather than rubbing old flour. It seems to fight stickiness well too, and has the added bonus of adding even more chocolate flavor to your desserts. I haven’t tried this tip on baked goods yet, but I volunteer this cookie as a tribute.
