Top 100 Flexible Payout Companies

US employers generally lag far behind employers in other countries when it comes to things like parental leave, flexible hours, and gender equality. But not all of them. For the 30th consecutive year, Working Mother singles out the Top 100 Companies to Work for.

To compile this list, Working Mother reviewed company applications that asked over 450 questions about vacation policies, benefits, childcare, women’s representation, flexible policies, and more.

All 100 companies on the list offer fully paid maternity leave (up from 5% of U.S. employers overall), telecommuting, and flexible hours. 38% of them offer an onsite sleeping room (compared to 2% of employers in the US)! In this PDF, you can see how the companies on this list compare to most employers.

Two companies are included in the list annually: IBM and Johnson & Johnson.

See the entire list below. You will also be able to filter by industry, state, and specific benefit, making this site useful to bookmark your next job search.
