New YouTube Game Center Launches Today
Android / iOS / Internet: YouTube’s new gaming service should finally roll out today. In response to services like Twitch , as well as the sheer volume of gaming videos on YouTube, the company is launching YouTube Gaming to give players a space of their own.
The new service is being rolled out to users today (so if it doesn’t already work for you, check back later). YouTube Gaming will allow users to browse their favorite channels and see who is streaming live at any given time. You can also view logs that store videos of a specific channel. Early reviews showed that YouTube Gaming is not only good for gaming, but better than the regular YouTube interface .
The web version of YouTube games will be available worldwide from today. However, Android and iOS apps will initially only be available in the US and UK. You can use the links below to download the apps when they are available to everyone.
