Cook Juicy Smoked Chicken No Smoker

The recipe for a “smoked” chicken that never sees the inside of a smoker got me thinking at first, but after watching the video above from ChefSteps, I have to admit that their no-smoking smoked poultry really makes my mouth water.

Chicken gets its flavor from brine and frosting, which contain liquid smoke. The combination of these two ingredients gives a juicy, juicy bird with a great aroma and crispy amber skin. And since it uses an oven, not a smokehouse, anyone can cook this delicious bird without special equipment. (This is not entirely true; you will need a syringe, but it is much cheaper than a smoker.)

Follow the link below for measurements and step-by-step instructions. The recipe requires a small amount of cutting for more evenly cooked poultry, but this is something you can’t handle.
