Aura Turns Gmail Notifications Into Native OS X Notifications
Mac: You can set up notifications for Gmail in a variety of ways, but if you prefer the web app over the desktop app, you won’t be able to easily get built-in support for notifications. The aura makes this possible.
Once you connect your Gmail account to Aura, you will receive OS X notifications for all of your email, or just for important messages. Click on notifications and you will be taken to the web app. It’s a simple thing, but if you’d rather avoid bloated desktop email apps, Aura is a good way to get notified.
