Cook Five Freezer Dishes in the Multicooker in 15 Minutes While You Clean the Refrigerator

If your refrigerator looks like mine, then your shelves are filled with half-empty bottles of sauces and other condiments. Use them and cook meals for almost a week at the same time.

New Leaf Wellness’s Kelly offers some tips:

I ended up cooking five servings of food in the multicooker, each with about two pounds of meat and one cup of sauce. Here’s what I did:

  • Chicken Breasts + BBQ Sauce
  • Chicken Breasts + Italian Dressing
  • Roast pork + salsa
  • Roast Beef + Grape Jelly, Ketchup, and Allspice (One of my favorite recipes from my No Cook Freezer Meals cookbook )
  • Roast beef + pickled juice, butter, ranch spices and au jus

Naturally, use what you have and what you want to get rid of. While this tip may not surprise you, it’s worth thinking about the next time you look at sad, half-empty containers taking up too much space in your fridge and it only takes a few minutes to cook this meat (which you can serve with a simple side dish like , salad, or on top of rice, etc.).

Kelly also offers 31 freezer cooking plans with over 200 recipes and shopping lists so you can cook in the freezer all year round.
