Most of us do not sleep well. Whether it’s pressing the snooze button too often or using screens before bed , you’re probably doing something that’s not good for your sleep. This video explains why you don’t sleep well and what to do instead.

The YouTube video “You Are Doing It Wrong” provides examples of many of the things we do wrong while sleeping (for example, sleeping on our stomach). He also offers some tips on how to sleep better. These include sleeping naked (to lower your body temperature), sleeping on your back (to prevent damage to your spine), and avoiding alcohol before bed ( to make sure you sleep ). Not everything in this video is new information, but it touches on many of the problems associated with sleeping in a simple six-minute package.
