Prepare Frittata in a Slow Cooker for a More Flavorful Breakfast

Multicooker is one of the best ways to cook effortlessly . While you might think frittata won’t work well in a multicooker, it actually results in a more flavorful egg dish.
As Kalyn’s Kitchen shows us, all you have to do is beat the eggs and pour over the other ingredients in a slow cooker (here they are artichoke hearts, red peppers and green onions, but you can customize them however you like). Two and a half to three hours later, you have a hot meal that’s perfect for a brunch or even a light dinner.
Due to the time, you cannot do it overnight while you sleep, as you can with oatmeal or casserole for breakfast . However, using a slow cooker can still be better than the traditional method because the fast and slow cooking times allow the ingredients to fill the eggs more by the flavoring agents. You can also store this in the refrigerator to reheat later in the week with good results because the eggs come out a little softer than if you cooked this on the stove over high heat.
