Replace Carbs With Cauliflower for a Low-Carb or Paleo Diet

Many people choose to limit their carbohydrate intake in their diets, but that doesn’t mean they can’t eat rice or pizza – well, rice or cauliflower pizza.

As recipes suggested by the Telegraph show, the vegetable is surprisingly versatile. In addition to making “rice” pilaf and cauliflower pizza crust, you can use it in place of potatoes in a Spanish tortilla, or make spiced cauliflower pancakes as a delicious side dish or snack.

We recently noted that carbohydrates are not inherently bad for you , but cauliflower is one of the healthiest foods in the world. Therefore, even if you are not on a low-carb diet, you can try these substitutes.
