Create Your Own Raspberry Pi Weather Station

Homemade weather stations are a great way to monitor the weather in your area so you can see very accurately what is happening in your area. Instructables user kkingsbury demonstrates how you can build your own Raspberry Pi based system.

Kkinsbury’s design uses all types of sensors, gauges and equipment to measure the weather in all ways, including temperature, rain, wind direction, humidity, pressure, etc. It then displays all of this data on its own website, which you can check at any time. As you might expect, this is a pretty tricky build, but pretty cool nonetheless. Head over to Instructables for a complete guide.
