HBO Appears on Sling TV, Airs to Roku, Xbox One, Android and More

Just two days ago, HBO launched HBO Now, an offline streaming service exclusive to Apple devices. “Exclusive” can be a vague term as you can now get it on Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Xbox One, and Android … assuming you get it via Sling TV.

HBO arrives as an add-on to the regular Sling package, which costs $ 20 a month. HBO comes with an additional $ 15 / month charge, so if you want to watch the upcoming Game of Thrones premiere on your mobile device, it’ll only cost you $ 35. However, you get a special bonus for this bonus: Sling usually has a hard limit of one active stream per account. However, for HBO, users can stream up to three devices at the same time.
