Bake Mini Patties in Mason Jar Lids for Easy Crust Removal
You don’t need special pans to make awesome little desserts. Mason jar lids make perfect mini cake tins – removable insert in the lids makes it easy to remove the cake.
Cut the dough about 1 inch wider than the pitcher lids and press it against the lid. Then bake on a baking sheet as usual and when the cakes are cool enough, press down on the bottom of the lid and the pie crust will come off easily.
