iPhone / Mac: We’ve already seen apps that unlock and lock your Mac from your iPhone, but Tether is not only one of the easiest tools to use, but it’s also free.
After downloading and installing the Mac and iPhone iOS apps, you’ll pair your phone and computer using Bluetooth. When you move a certain distance from your computer, Tether will automatically lock it. When you return, it will unlock. Of course, there are other similar apps , but Tether has proven to be a little more reliable and easier to use for us.
