Create Rituals to Be More Consistent in Fitness

Many people tend to worry about their fitness routine. They want to optimize everything, which leads to overthinking and ultimately inconsistency. If that sounds like you, creating a ritual is the best thing you can do.

In fitness, sticking to fundamental principles is far more important than minor details . It’s better to stick to 80% all the time than 100% half the time. However, it’s hard not to analyze too many things, like wondering what is the optimal time to eat carbs after exercise.
