Get More Out of Evernote for IOS With Drafts and This Guide

Evernote is great, but it’s not the simplest and easiest iOS app to use. However, you can use Drafts , another app in the App Store, to do a lot more with Evernote. Evernote Essentials author Brett Kelly demonstrates a number of tricks for integrating two apps together for a better experience.

The appeal of using Drafts instead of Evernote is pretty simple: when you open Drafts, you are immediately greeted with a blank page to write on. From there, you can write a note, email, or whatever, and then redirect that note to another app like Evernote. This can save you a lot of time.

Kelly’s Guide is divided into two parts: an introduction and an extended guide. The introduction explains how to connect drafts to Evernote so you can use the two apps together, quickly save notes to Evernote, add tasks instantly, and more. The second part gets a little more complicated by showing you how to add to older notes, create lists with titles, create template tags, and more. If you’re a power Evernote user who would prefer a simpler application to write in, it’s worth taking a look at Kelly’s guides.
