Create Your Own Smartwatch for Less Than $ 125

If the current set of smartwatches simply doesn’t interest you, a customized itinerary might be better for you. Avoid all the big brands and create your own smartwatch from off-the-shelf components for under $ 125.

To create this open source smartwatch, you will need a thin end soldering iron, a 3D printer (or access to one ), and some breakout boards and components. When you’re done, you will have a unique smartwatch that displays notifications from your smartphone and is fully customizable according to your specifications.
