Turn Your Raspberry Pi Into a Portable Media Center With an Old VCR
We all know the Raspberry Pi is a great media center , but that wasn’t enough for Instructables user MisterM. He wanted to make the media center portable, so he put it in an old portable video recorder.
The MisterM system integrates the Pi with all the VCR features, so all the buttons really work and do something. It all has a screen attached to the back and works surprisingly well as a small portable system. Obviously, it would be difficult to track down the same VCR used here by MisterM, but the basics of creating a portable media center are included in his guide so you can tweak them as needed.
