Remove Specific Queries From Your Browsing History

Sometimes you forget about incognito mode. You can delete your entire browsing history to fix this error, or you can selectively do so. Here’s how to clear this history in Chrome and Firefox without deleting everything.

The process for deleting selected pages in Chrome and Firefox is the same. In Chrome, it’s just a few steps:

  1. Enter chrome: // history / in the address bar.
  2. Find the term in history that you want to delete (or just delve into everything manually)
  3. Check all that apply
  4. Click Remove Selected Items.

The process is similar in Firefox.

  1. Go to History> Show All History
  2. Find the term in history that you want to delete
  3. Click the Delete button on any entries you want to delete.

Of course, while you are doing this, you can also remove the autocomplete suggestions from the URL bar.
