Introducing Vitals: Lifehacker Blog All About Health & Fitness

Few things in life are more important than your health, so it deserves a little life hack. Today we are launching a new Lifehacker section called Vitals dedicated to health and fitness.

Vitals, like our other Two Cents and Workshop subblogs, explore health topics more deeply from a research perspective. The new section will be chaired by Beth Skorecki, writer and educator, and Dick Talens, Fitocracy co-founder and personal trainer. Both have contributed to LifeHacker articles in the past , but we’re delighted to have them on board regularly to write to us.
